WHAT MKK FUNDING IS

We Don’t Make the Lending Decision.
We Make Sure You’re Ready for It.

MKK Funding is a business funding brokerage. We help business owners prepare and organize their funding profile, identify potential funding paths, and submit qualified files to appropriate third-party funding providers.

MKK Financial does not directly provide funding or make approval decisions. Each funding provider independently evaluates the application and determines its own eligibility requirements, approval, terms, rates, fees, and funding amount.

Our job is to put a stronger, cleaner, funding-ready file in front of appropriate funding providers.

THE MKK FUNDING ROLE

01 • POSITION
Review the business, credit profile, revenue, documentation, and overall funding readiness.

02 • PACKAGE
Organize the information and documentation that potential funding providers may require.

03 • SUBMIT
Present qualified files to appropriate third-party funding providers based on the client's profile and funding needs.

04 • REVIEW
Present available funding offers or options to the client so they can review the terms and decide what works for them.

THE FUNDING PROVIDER MAKES THE DECISION.
YOU DECIDE WHETHER TO ACCEPT AN OFFER.

FUNDING IS ABOUT THE WHOLE FILE

A Good Business Can Still
Have a Weak Funding File.

Funding providers don’t see your ambition. They evaluate what’s in front of them.

Your business may be growing. Revenue may be coming in. You may know exactly what you could do with additional capital.

But funding providers evaluate the file.

Credit profile. Business structure. Banking history. Revenue. Existing obligations. Recent inquiries. Documentation.

A weakness in one area can affect which funding paths may be available — even when the business itself has potential.

BUSINESS SETUP

Entity information, business address, phone, email, banking, and other business details should be established and consistent.

CREDIT PROFILE

High utilization, recent late payments, derogatory items, or a thin credit profile may limit certain credit-based funding options.

BANKING & REVENUE

Business banking history, deposits, revenue consistency, and account activity may factor into revenue-based funding decisions.

RECENT INQUIRIES

Multiple recent credit inquiries or funding applications may affect how certain funding providers evaluate a new request.

DON’T JUST APPLY. GET FUNDING-READY FIRST.

Start with a Funding Strategy Call to review your business, credit, revenue, and documentation before determining which funding path may fit your situation.

POTENTIAL FUNDING PATHS

The Right Capital Depends
on the Right File.

Different businesses qualify for different types of capital. Credit profile, revenue, time in business, documentation, and each funding provider’s eligibility requirements can all affect which options may be available.

01

BUSINESS CREDIT CARD FUNDING

For qualified applicants, business credit cards may provide access to revolving credit. Certain card products may also include promotional introductory APR offers, subject to issuer approval and terms.

CREDIT-BASED • ISSUER APPROVAL REQUIRED

02

BUSINESS TERM LOANS

Business financing with defined repayment terms that may provide capital for expansion, working capital, inventory, or other eligible business purposes.

TERMS & ELIGIBILITY VARY BY PROVIDER

03

FLEXIBLE ACCESS • APPROVAL REQUIRED

04

REVENUE-BASED FUNDING

Funding options evaluated primarily around business revenue, banking activity, time in business, and the overall financial profile of the business.

REVENUE-FOCUSED QUALIFICATION

05

EQUIPMENT FINANCING

Financing designed for eligible business equipment purchases, with the equipment generally serving as part of the funding provider’s underwriting and collateral considerations.

06

SBA LOAN READINESS

For businesses that may be suited for an SBA-backed loan, we can help review and organize the funding file and identify items that may need attention before pursuing an application with a participating lender.

PREPARATION ONLY • SBA AND PARTICIPATING LENDERS DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY

YOU DON’T NEED EVERY FUNDING OPTION.
YOU NEED THE ONE YOUR FILE CAN SUPPORT.

Start with a Funding Strategy Call to review your business, credit, revenue, and documentation before determining which funding path may fit your situation.

MKK Financial is not a lender and does not make funding or credit decisions. Funding is subject to third-party provider approval, eligibility requirements, rates, fees, and terms. The $125 Funding Strategy Call does not guarantee funding or approval. Additional service or success fees may apply depending on the funding service selected. See Funding Disclosures for details.

FUNDING READINESS

Two Paths. One Question:
Is Your File Ready?

You do not have to fit every funding profile. Different funding providers evaluate different factors. These are general readiness indicators that may help identify which funding paths could be worth exploring.

TRACK A

CREDIT-BASED FUNDING

This track may be worth exploring for business owners with stronger personal credit profiles who want to consider credit-based business funding options.

  • 680+ FICO across all three major credit bureaus
  • Credit utilization under 30%
  • No late payments within the last 12 months
  • No collections, judgments, or tax liens
  • No bankruptcy within the last 4 years
  • At least 2 years of established credit history
  • At least 3 open revolving credit accounts
  • Fewer than 4 hard inquiries within the last 6 months

Provider requirements vary. Meeting these indicators does not guarantee approval.

TRACK B

REVENUE-BASED FUNDING

This track may be worth exploring for established businesses with consistent revenue and banking activity, including situations where credit-based funding may not be the best fit.

  • At least 6 months in business
  • $10,000+ in average monthly business revenue
  • Active business bank account
  • At least 3 months of business bank statements
  • Consistent business deposits and banking activity
  • No open defaults on existing business financing

Revenue-based providers evaluate business performance differently. Requirements vary by provider.

DOCUMENTS TO HAVE READY

A Clean File Starts With Complete Documentation.

If moving toward funding makes sense, having commonly requested business information ready can make the process cleaner and more efficient. Additional documentation may be required depending on the funding provider.

  • IRS EIN confirmation letter
  • Articles of Organization or other formation documents
  • Active business bank account
  • Voided business check or bank verification
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • 3–6 months of business bank statements
  • Consistent business address
  • Business phone number
  • Professional business email
  • Active business website

DON’T HIT EVERY REQUIREMENT YET?

That does not automatically mean ‘no.’

It may mean your file needs work before it makes sense to submit applications.

The goal is not to apply everywhere and hope something sticks. The goal is to understand what is holding the file back, strengthen what can be strengthened, and approach funding when the business is better positioned.

A funding ‘not yet’ can become a readiness plan.

Think Your File Is Ready?

Book a 45-minute Funding Strategy Call. We’ll review your current position, discuss the funding path that may fit, and identify what should happen next.

The $125 Funding Strategy Call is a paid readiness consultation and does not guarantee funding or approval. MKK Financial is not a lender and does not make funding decisions. Eligibility, rates, fees, terms, and approval are determined by third-party funding providers.

HOW MKK FUNDING WORKS

From Funding-Ready
to Funding.

We don't start by sending applications everywhere. We start with the file, determine the right path, and move forward when the business is positioned to do so.

01

Start With The Strategy Call

Book a 45-minute Funding Strategy Call for $125.

We review your credit profile, business structure, revenue, banking history, documentation, and funding goals to determine which potential paths may make sense.

$125 • 45 MINUTES • READINESS FIRST
02

Know Where You Stand

After reviewing the file, we'll identify the next move.

If your business appears ready, we can discuss moving toward funding.

If something is holding the file back, we'll identify it before unnecessary applications are submitted.

If personal credit is the primary obstacle, MKK Credit may be the better first step.

READY → MOVE FORWARD
NOT YET → BUILD THE FILE
03

We Prepare The File

When moving forward makes sense, MKK Funding helps organize and package the information and documentation that may be required for the appropriate funding path.

The goal is simple:

Present a complete, organized, funding-ready file.

POSITION • PACKAGE • PREPARE
04

We Submit. Funding Providers Decide.

When moving forward makes sense, MKK Funding may submit the completed funding request to appropriate third-party funding providers.

Each provider independently evaluates the application and determines approval or denial, funding amount, rates, fees, repayment terms, eligibility, and other conditions.

MKK Financial does not make lending or credit decisions.

MKK FACILITATES • FUNDING PROVIDERS DECIDE
05

Review The Offer. You Decide.

If a lender provides an offer, we bring the available terms back to you for review.

You decide whether the offer makes sense for your business.

If you accept an offer and the transaction successfully funds, MKK Funding's brokerage fee becomes due.

YOU MAKE THE FINAL DECISION

SIMPLE FEE STRUCTURE

Simple, Transparent Funding Fees.

10%

Applies only to MKK’s Business Credit Card Funding service and is calculated on the amount successfully obtained through that service.

For other brokered funding products, MKK does not charge the client a 10% fee. MKK may receive compensation from the applicable third-party funding provider or brokerage partner.

WHAT ABOUT THE $125?

The $125 Funding Strategy Call is a separate 45-minute paid consultation. It covers the readiness review and strategy discussion. It is not a deposit toward funding and does not guarantee approval or funding.

HOW THE 10% BUSINESS CREDIT CARD FUNDING FEE WORKS

Example: If you successfully obtain $20,000 through MKK’s Business Credit Card Funding service:

Credit obtained:
$20,000

MKK Business Credit Card Funding Fee (10%):
$2,000

The 10% fee becomes due when the Business Credit Card Funding transaction is successfully completed and the approved credit is obtained.

Example shown for illustration only. Actual funding amounts, rates, fees, terms, eligibility, and approval are determined by third-party funding providers.

The 10% fee applies only to Business Credit Card Funding successfully obtained through this service. It does not apply to other brokered funding products.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Is MKK Funding the Right Next Move?

Funding isn’t about applying everywhere. It’s about understanding where your business stands and identifying funding paths that may fit.

A STRONGER FIT

MKK Funding May Be Worth Exploring If...

  • You operate an established business or have a clearly defined business funding need.
  • Your business is properly formed and has an EIN.
  • You maintain an active business bank account.
  • You can provide requested business and financial documentation.
  • Your personal credit profile and/or business revenue may support one or more available funding paths.
  • You understand that third-party funding providers—not MKK Funding—determine eligibility, approvals, funding amounts, rates, fees, terms, and conditions.
  • You are looking for a strategic funding path rather than simply submitting applications everywhere.

PREPARED BUSINESS • DOCUMENTED FILE • CLEAR FUNDING GOAL

YOU MAY NEED TO BUILD FIRST

The Strategy Call May Not Be Your First Step If...

  • Your business has not yet been properly formed.
  • You do not yet have an EIN or business bank account.
  • You cannot provide basic business or financial documentation.
  • Your business is still developing its financial profile and your current personal credit profile may limit available funding options.
  • You have significant unresolved credit issues that may need attention before pursuing certain funding paths.
  • You are looking for guaranteed approval, guaranteed funding amounts, guaranteed rates, or specific funding terms.
  • You are looking for MKK Funding to lend money directly.

NOT READY DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN “NO.”

IF CREDIT IS THE ROADBLOCK

Build the Credit File Before the Funding File.

If your business has potential but your personal credit profile is currently limiting your available funding options, a Funding Strategy Call may not be the best first move.

MKK Credit helps consumers review their credit reports, identify potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information, and exercise their rights under applicable consumer credit laws.

Addressing credit-report issues first may help better position your file for funding options in the future.

Credit repair does not guarantee score increases, deletion of accurate or verifiable information, lender approval, or future funding eligibility.

WHAT IF YOU’RE NOT SURE?

That’s What the Readiness Criteria Are For.

Review the Credit-Based and Revenue-Based Funding criteria above before booking.

If your business appears to meet the basic criteria for at least one funding path and you want help evaluating your options, a Funding Strategy Call may make sense.

45-minute paid consultation. Funding, lender approval, rates, terms, and funding amounts are not guaranteed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions Before You

When is MKK Funding’s 10% Business Credit Card Funding fee due?

What if my personal credit is currently holding me back?

If your personal credit profile is limiting available funding options, it may make more sense to address the credit file before pursuing certain funding paths. MKK Credit can help consumers review their credit reports, identify potentially inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information, and exercise their rights under applicable consumer credit laws.

Credit repair does not guarantee funding eligibility or approval.

Can I qualify based primarily on business revenue?

Some funding products may place greater emphasis on business revenue and operating history than personal credit. Eligibility and terms are determined by the applicable third-party funding provider.

Will applying for funding affect my credit?

It may. Credit inquiry requirements vary by funding product and provider. Before proceeding with an application, review the applicable provider’s disclosures to determine whether a soft or hard credit inquiry may be required.

Do I have to accept a funding offer?

No. You can review available offers and decide whether the rates, fees, repayment terms, and other conditions make sense for your business before accepting.

How quickly can funding happen?

Timing varies by funding product, provider, documentation, underwriting, and individual circumstances. MKK Funding does not guarantee a specific approval or funding timeline.

What should I have ready before booking?

Be prepared to discuss your business structure, EIN, business bank account, funding goal, approximate business revenue, current credit profile, and available business or financial documentation. Having this information available helps make the Strategy Call more productive.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

Start With the File, Not the Application.
